The very first Mac I bought with my own money was a 1989 Mac SE30. It had a thirty megabyte hard drive onboard and a 1.44 high density floppy drive, or “Superdrive.” The list was around $4000.00. I got mine through a university bookstore program and still shucked out about two thousand clams that I didn’t have to own it.
Hypertalk was the very first object oriented programming language I had ever bothered to learn.
I used the absolute hell out of that little machine.
